We’re leveling up Contact Profiles
Editable attributes. Head over to the Contact Profile to see the new improvements! First, you can now edit attributes in the Contact Profile such as Name, Email, and Phone number regardless of whether it’s opened from the Contacts Page or Inbox. This new update makes it easy to make a change to a contact profile seamlessly.
Recent Activity. In addition to looking fresh and clean, Contact Profiles now can give you a quick summary of recent activity at a glance. Now, you can see your customer’s three most recent events, including any recent payments, messages, campaigns, reviews, when someone opts-in, and more.
Up late? Hit snooze one more time with a new peace of mind. Scheduled messages is here!
Scheduled messages. You can now schedule your messages in Podium to go out anytime to your customers. Allowing you to work late, send on a day you’re not using Podium, and have an organized, thoughtful send time.
