Starting off, Podium Voice is now available for US customers! Ready to get started? Keep watching for more details on this exciting announcement. As an added plus, Podium is offering a hardware credit to help get you started. 

Next, we’re talking about all things Payments by introducing Card on File – a way to give your customers a frictionless payment experience, safely and securely. But, we didn’t stop there. Keep reading for more information on Podium Payments and Managing Disputes.

Introducing Podium Voice – now available for US customers.

After months of fine-tuning and promising feedback from early users, Podium Voice is now available in the United States!

Podium Voice is the modern phone solution for local businesses. By centralizing phone conversations within the Podium platform, every customer interaction and piece of the data those interactions provide is in one platform, allowing your team to efficiently communicate with customers however they prefer.

When someone calls your business, the Podium dashboard provides key information about the caller, including their most recent purchase activity, reviews left, and messages sent, so you have the key context needed to provide them a top-tier experience. Every conversation missed call, and voicemail is easily tracked in Podium to provide the 360º view of every customer or lead.

All things Podium Payments: Card on File, Managed Disputes, and more! 

You asked – we delivered: Card on File is now available in Podium. Card on File allows Payments users to safely store customer’s card details for convenient, frictionless payments in the future.

Save a customer’s payment information to their profile any time they pay via text or manual entry. Whenever they make another purchase or their next bill is due, you can charge them within seconds – no phone call or manual record-keeping needed.

Podium’s Card on File capability centers around security. Customers must authorize your business to store their card on file, and they have the ability to remove their card at any time. As the merchant, you have the ability to toggle Card on File on or off, depending on your business’s needs.

Managing disputed charges just got easier. Podium Payments users can now address disputed charges directly from Podium – no human interaction needed. 

When a customer disputes a payment made via Text-to-Pay or Card Readers, merchants are alerted on the payments homepage and shown how to either accept or fight the dispute.

New to Podium Payments? We’ll help you get started. Any new Payments user will now see a quick start checklist on the Payments homepage. Each step is designed to help you master the payment request process, brand your invoices, and automate review requests to help make every purchase an opportunity to improve your online reputation.

Faster, more efficient Campaign sends 

Quiet Hours. You can now easily pause Campaign sends during evening and late night hours as you create your text marketing. Setting quiet hours will help you stay compliant and keep your subscribed customers happy.

Higher Campaigns throughput with 10DLC. Do you have a large list of text marketing subscribers? We have a new option to ensure faster, more reliable message sends for US customers.

Register your number through Podium’s Campaigns Activity Page, or reach out to your Podium rep to ensure your Podium package is eligible for this upgrade.

Organize your Inbox in a breeze 

Inbox Filtering. Organize your Inbox and increase your team’s efficiency through our latest update to the Inbox, Inbox filtering.

Through Inbox Filtering, you can customize and apply filtered “views” over the Inbox. Find and organize conversations based on the Contact Profile information, including:

  • The location they are connected & subscribed to
  • If they’ve left a review
  • Any tags
  • And if they’ve had a conversation across any channel, inbox, or been assigned to any user. 

You can also stack multiple filters for more granular control.
