What's New in Podium: March 2022

First, we’re improving the way you manage and communicate with your customers by introducing easy-to-use audience selection and filtering tools for Campaigns and our 24/7 Managed Conversations service for automotive dealerships. 
We’re also excited to introduce updates that make Podium Payments even more convenient for your employees. Our Podium iOS mobile app has a new and enhanced payments experience, bringing faster, easier-to-use, and more innovative functionality. We&#8217;ve also rolled out a new ledger transaction report to make reconciliation easier and more accurate.

Audience Filtering: This new capability allows you to quickly and easily select audiences for your text campaigns based on who your customers are and what they’ve already done with your business in Podium. 
Build your perfect audience from a simple-to-use drop-down and you’re ready to go.
You can use information like location, previous Podium interactions (like leaving a good review), tags you’ve added to their profile, and timing (like date of your last message with the customer) to send the right message to your customers. And, you can stack more than one of these criteria for better audience targeting.

Enhanced Transaction Ledger Report. Now, reconcile payments from Podium more easily in your processes with simple, easy-access transaction reports.
You can access this report by clicking on the &#8220;Export CSV&#8221; button in the Payment Activities Table. Customize your report by date and location.
