What's New in Podium: November 2021

Inbox speed enhancement. We’ve been hard at work on search enhancements to make your <a href="https://www.podium.com/inbox/">Podium Inbox</a> experience lightning fast. On average, Podium customers are now receiving results 240x more quickly when searching contacts by name and number. 
These enhancements are live for all Podium users now. Log in today and start searching to see the impact.

<h3>Let customers text a keyword to get your offers.</h3>
Text keyword opt-in. One more highly-effective way to grow your marketing contact list! Now, you can set keywords for customers to text you and compliantly subscribe to your text marketing campaigns. 
See it in action right away: text “HOLIDAY” to (801) 590-0628 to see an example of text keyword opt-in right on your phone.*
To set your own keywords, navigate to the audience growth page in your Campaigns experience, and choose the “Keyword Opt-in” to get started.
