You must be using Clio Manage.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Clio.
3. Allow Clio to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Clio data. (Log in to Clio if necessary.)
5. Allow Podium to acess sync contacts and conversations.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your Clio integrations.
8. Click Activate.
