Podium can monitor your FieldRoutes appointments and automatically send review invitations upon completion.

Compatibility

Your FieldRoutes plan must include API access. Please contact support@fieldroutes.com for more information.

Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Email support@fieldroutes.com to request your API Credentials. The free tier is sufficient.
2. When FieldRoutes responds, note your subdomain, Authentication key, and Authentication token; you’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to FieldRoutes.
3. Allow PestRoutes to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate FieldRoutes data.
5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your FieldRoutes integration.
8. Click Activate.
