Setup Process

STEPS

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Mindbody.
3. Allow Mindbody to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Mindbody data.
5. Authorize Podium within Mindbody.
6. Log in to your Mindbody software using the owner account.
7. Go to Home > Manager Tools.
8. Select API Integrations at the bottom right, under Mindbody Add-Ons. Note: If you don’t see the API Integrations page, it’s likely you are not logged in with the owner account.
9. Enter the activation code (shown below).
10. Click Submit.
11. Select your Country.
12. Allow Podium access to contact syncing features.
13. Click Finish.
14. Select the automations you wish to activate with you Mindbody integration.
15. Click Activate.
