Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Sign into the Nextech Community Portal.
2. Navigate to the ORDER NOW tab.
3. Click the Select Products drop down list and select Podium.
4. Click Add for quantity and Next to proceed.
5. Review your purchase summary and click Next to proceed.
6. Read and click the box under I Agree on the authorization form.
7. Click Next to proceed.
8. Retrieving the credentials can take up to 10 days. Please store the transaction id.

Podium integrations team will reach out to you with your Group ID to complete the next steps.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Nextech Practice+.
3. Allow Nextech Practice+ to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Nextech Practice+ data. (You’ll need to wait for credentials before completing this step)
5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.
6. Select your Nextech Practice+ Location(s).
7. Click Finish.
8. Select the automations to use with your Nextech Practice+ integration.
9. Click Activate.
