Podium’s integration with Successware enables users to:

Get more leads and improve their online reputation by automatically collecting more reviews Improve customer experience by automatically sending feedback requests

Compatibility

LAN version of Successware is not compatible. All other server based versions are compatible. For customers who’ve upgraded to the Gen 2 (cloud based) version of Successware, our current integration is not compatible at this time.

Setup Process

1. Contact Podium Support to request a connection. You can either text at (801) 829-9470 or call at (801) 999-8216.

2. Podium will reach out to Successware to enable the integration 

3. Schedule time with Podium’s integration fulfillment team for a remote session to finish the setup (IT team will need to be on call as well if you use an on-premise server)
