Compatibility

Your Zendesk account must have API Access.

Setup Process

1. Click Connect.
2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to Zendesk.
3. Allow Zendesk to access the appropriate Podium data.
4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate Zendesk data. (Log in to Zendesk if necessary.)
5. Allow Podium to access contact sync and import.
6. Click Finish.
7. Select the automations to use with your Zendesk integration.
8. Click Activate.
