Contact Export
Account Owners can now export contacts on the Contacts page in Podium. The exported contacts will be sent via email in a csv containing the following fields: Name, Phone, Email, Contact Status, Address, Tags, and Date Added.
Mark Mentions as Complete
Mentions are designed to make team collaboration within Podium effortless and efficient by tagging a specific colleague using the @ symbol in an internal note (now live on the mobile app!) When you’ve taken care of something you’re mentioned in, now you can hover to mark it as completed (from the Mentions list) so you can more easily stay on top of what’s new.
See the Status of your softphone
Easily check your softphone status and take action if it’s inactive, ensuring you’re always ready to receive calls. This update helps you stay connected and minimize missed opportunities.
AI Escalations
Sometimes your AI employee needs your help when talking to a customer – we call these Escalations. Now you can determine the right employee to handle specific escalations and the AI Employee will mention them in a note with details they need to keep the conversation moving forward.
AI Employee Reporting Improvements
For our auto dealerships using Vinsolutions CRM, you can now report on the full Jerry lead conversion funnel from leads engaged to test drives and sales influenced by Jerry. Drill-down reporting makes it easy to view details about each engaged lead and spot-check Jerry’s conversations. If you’re using a different CRM, keep an eye out as this functionality will be available to you soon.
Funnels Status Clean Up
Quickly clean up inactive contacts to make it easier to manage your leads in Funnels. Inactive contacts are those that haven’t received or sent any communication to the business in the past configurable timeframe.
Review Invitation Flow Conversion Optimization
If your location only has only one site if your review invitation flow (e.g., Google), contacts who click on your review invitations will be taken directly to that site rather than the page asking which review site to use.
AI Powered Contact Updates
When a contact messages for the first time and provides their name (or other relevant information like phone or email), Podium will automatically identify this information and ask if you’d like to update the contact profile with just a click.
