Starting this month, we’re introducing a new way to add one-time messages to your existing Bulk Messages plan. This new feature is designed to provide greater flexibility when managing your bulk messages quota, ensuring you can handle high-demand months without changing your annual contract.
Easily Add Extra Messages When You Need Them
Managing your Bulk Messages plan is now more intuitive than ever! Whether you’re nearing your monthly message limit, preparing for the busy season, or planning a large campaign, the new One-Time Add-On allows you to quickly and seamlessly add extra messages for a specific month.
Here’s how it works:
Access Bulk Messages Settings
Navigate to Settings in the Podium app. There, you’ll find the Bulk Messages tab, where you can view your current plan details, including how many messages you’ve used and when your plan will reset.
Modify Your Plan with Flexible Options
When you click Modify Plan, you’ll see two options:
- One-Time Add-On: Perfect for handling temporary spikes in message volume. These messages will expire at the end of the current month, after which your original limit will be restored.
- Recurring Plan Upgrade: If you foresee a need for consistent, higher message volume, you can increase your plan’s monthly message quota on a recurring basis.
Confirm the Changes
After choosing an option, you’ll see a summary of the changes, and once confirmed, the extra messages will be instantly added to your plan
