Hi there! My name is Richie, and I work on the Product team here at Podium. I’m here to talk about a new feature we just released for our Phones product – phone number privacy settings.
What are phone number privacy settings? They’re a way for Phones customers to limit access to use and view the details of calls that happen on certain phone numbers. To give an example, you could use this feature to configure an individual phone line for your Sales Manager Josh, where only Josh is able to use the number, and only Josh is able to see calls and voicemails that come in on the number. We’ve also added convenient ways to access voicemails directly from the Calls page in Podium.
