OVERVIEW Connect Titan DMS to Podium to automatically sync customers, vehicles, deals, and service activity, and leverage Service AI (Jerry) to deliver timely, personalised SMS conversations across the sales and service lifecycle - reducing manual effort while increasing conversions, reviews, and repeat visits.

Setup Process

1. Ensure you have your Titan DMS Dealer ID. This is provisioned and provided by the Titan DMS team.
2. Click Connect.
3. Select the Podium location you would like to connect to Titan DMS.
4. Authenticate Podium through the configuration wizard and input your Titan DMS Dealer ID.
5. Select the dealership locations to connect to this Podium location.
6. Select the workshop locations to connect to this Podium location.
7. Select the use cases you would like to activate.
8. Click Finish.
