What's New in Podium: Contact Card Automation

We’re excited to inform you that we recently added a new contact card automation to Podium’s automation offerings. The contact card automation allows you to quickly respond to new text leads and have them save your phone number in their phone for repeated future communication.

Please note that we have enabled this feature for you. It will send your customers an automated message with a link to save your location name and Podium phone number to their contacts.
If you’d like to disable this feature or modify the reminder settings, you can do so easily under the Automations tab in the Podium web app.
