Setup Process

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

1. Log in to BigCommerce.

2. Navigate to Advanced Settings > API Accounts.

3. Click Create API Account.

4. Enter a name for the API Account. (Recommended: Podium)

5. Enable the Customers, Orders, and Order Transactions Read-only scopes.

6. Click Save.

7. Note your Client ID, access token, and store hash; you’ll need to enter them later.

STEPS

1. Click Connect.

2. Select the Podium location you’d like to connect to BigCommerce.

3. Allow BigCommerce to access the appropriate Podium data.

4. Allow Podium to access the appropriate BigCommerce data.

5. Make sure you’ve selected the appropriate country.

6. Click Finish.

7. Select the automations to use with your BigCommerce integrations.

8. Click Activate.
